Hanover Area Sales Staff
Joe O'Brien Jr., is the branch manager
at the Hanover Office of The Merchandiser.
Joe has been with The Merchandiser since 1979. He started as District Distribution Manager and was promoted to Branch Manager. He enjoys meeting numerous customers with which he has the pleasure to partner and helps them achieve their goals. He is very proud of his fellow employees in Hanover and of the entire Kapp Advertising team. Joe graduated from Delone Catholic in 1969. He attended York College with a dual Accounting and Marketing major. Joe enjoys golf, gardening and spending time with his son Joseph, family friends. Kerri Musselman is the Assistant Sales Manager
in the Hanover area for The Merchandisers.
Kerri has been part of the Kapp Advertising team since 1988.
She started part-time in the sales and circulation departments and
has moved up to full-time assistant sales manager. Kerri is a local
resident and graduated from Spring Grove High School.
She enjoys the beach and traveling.

Jeff Burgard enjoys being a marketing consultant for The Merchandisers.
Jeff has been with Kapp Advertising since 1977 as a marketing consultant. He was born and raised in Hanover, PA and is still a resident there with his wife of 29 years, Jeanette. He graduated from Goldey Beacom Business School in 1968 with an associate degree in accounting and business. In 1970 he graduated from Husson College with a B.S. degree in management and marketing.

Tom Leonard is an outside marketing consultant for Kapp Advertising.
Tom is a true Hanoverian, born and raised. He has been with The Merchandisers since 1990. Tom was a York County high jump champion and York County free throw champion and record holder. Tom has a bachelor's degree in communications and english literature from Bloomsburg University. Music is Tom's passion. He owns 25 guitars and plays lead guitar in the band "Tops Optional". His favorite sports teams are the Maryland Terps and Washington Redskins.

Laura Baugher is a marketing consultant for The Merchandisers.
Laura resides in Hanover with her husband Hank, her kitty and chihuahua. She graduated from South Western High, class of 2003. In 2006, she graduated with honors from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia with a B.S. in History. Laura has worked for Kapp Advertising as a marketing consultant since September 2006.

Nicole Peake is a marketing consultant and the
office manager in the Hanover office.
She is a graduate of New Oxford High School. Nicole has been with Kapp Advertising since 2003. Nicole went from inside sales to outside representative and is also the office manager. She received the Rising Star award from the Association of Free Community Papers in 2009. Nicole is a daughter, sister, aunt, mother, friend.

Rick Pope is an outside marketing consultant with Kapp Advertising.
Rick grew up in the New Oxford area. He is married with three childres and two grandchildren. He resides in Dover, where he is also the mayor. He has been with The Merchandiser since 2004. Rick was the manager of his family's real estate title company for years. Rick enjoys camping, Phillies baseball & Penn State football.

Ron Routson is a marketing consulatant in the
Gettysburg & Northern Adams County area.
Ron joined the Kapp Advertising team in 2007. Ron loves helping customers succeed with Kapp's many products. They MAKE his day! Ron's background includes an Electrical Engineering Technology Degree which included communications sales in PA, MD and Washington D.C. and fundraising with Easter Seals in South Central PA.

Donna has been with The Merchandiser since 1995 as a marketing consultant. She graduated from Waynesboro High School and has an associates degree from McDaniel College. Donna and her husband Joe have been married for 23 years. They have 4 sons, a grandson and a granddaughter. Her hobbies are cooking, fishing and working out.

Jim Weaver is a marketing consultant for Kapp Advertising.
Jim was born in Hanover and grew up in Littlestown. He graduated from Delone Catholic High School in 1965. He is a Vietnam veteran and holds a degree in Journalism. He is a former member of the professional bowlers association. Jim coached little league for many years. He is the father of two sons. His hobbies are model trains & the New York Yankees. Jim's been with The Merchandiser since 1996.
