Randy Miller is the District Sales Manager
in the Lebanon area for Kapp Advertising.
Randy has been employed at Kapp Advertising for 34 years. He's a past President of the Mid-Atlantic Community Papers Association and the Myerstown-ELCO Rotary Club. He's certified as an "Associate Advertising Executive". He's been married to Barbara for 39 years and together they have two sons, Daryl age 39 and Michael age 33 (both married). Randy has 6 grandchildren and enjoys spending time with them. He also enjoys his miniature horses, outings to Hersheypark and playing some golf.

Jane Quairoli is the Assistant District Sales Manager
in the Lebanon area for Kapp Advertising.
Jane started at the Merchandiser in 1984 as the sales representative for the Cleona, Annville, Palmyra & Hershey area. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and watching football.

Diane Brown covers the western part of Lebanon County and beyond

Diane has been with Kapp Advertising since 2000 as a marketing consultant. Together with her husband Walter they have 4 wonderful sons, Adam, Alexendar, Tyler and Keith. She's passionate about God, family, animals, nature and working in her garden.

Barb Carpenter is the in-house advertising

Barb has been employed by Kapp Advertising since 1979. She is married to her husband Daniel since 1982. Barb enjoys spending time at the beach with her children and grandchildren and buying and selling antiques. She views her sales position with Kapp Advertising as both rewarding and challenging.

Larry has been in advertising sales since 1988. He has been with the Merchandiser since 1992. Larry liks target shooting, civil war history and civil war re-enacting. He is a member of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War. He lives with his wife in Annville, PA.

Jeff Fields' sales territory includes Annville west to Harrisburg
and north to the Millersburg area for Kapp Advertising.
Jeff has been with Merchandiser since 2004 and enjoys working with his clients.
Jeff is a distance runner and enjoys music as a trumpet player,
lead vocalist and songwriter. He resides in Palmyra with his wife.

Allen Phillips covers the northern

Allen has been with the Merchandiser since 2006. His previous experience includes 15 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry. He resides in Myerstown with his wife Suzanne and two children, Amaya and Grace. Allen is active in the community, coaching Girls Softball and sits on his church board. He enjoys traveling the world hunting and fishing.
