Walt Allen is the Sales Manager for the Reading office.
Walt is happy to use his many years of sales and retail experience to help your business attract new customers and retain your loyal clientele. He is a graduate of Christopher New Port University and envisions bettering our community through professional and civic involvement. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their daughter, four grandchildren, son and friends along with the many cultural events in central Pennsylvania.

David Bush is outside sales in the Reading area for Kapp Advertising.
David brings to The Merchandiser 17 years of experience in the printing industry including customer service, sales, marketing, business development and management. His territory includes Reading, West Reading, Shillington and parts of Mohnton and Mt. Penn. David is involved with the West Reading Main Street Program's Promotion and Marketing team and the Greater Reading Young Professionals.

Cheryl is The Greater Reading Merchandiser's most seasoned marketing consultant having been with the reading office since 1992. Cheryl has formed strong relationships with her clients through servicing her territory of Western Berks and Bernville. Cheryl loves to garden, walk, read, and cook!

Dave Hritz is an inside sales consultant in the Reading office.
Dave has been with The Merchandiser since 2003. He currently holds a position as an inside marketing consultant but has experience with outside sales. Dave spearheaded Prime, the Reading market's publication dedicated to readers 50 and over and has grown the section exponentially. When not servicing his clients Dave enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, sports and music. Dave is known to make a mean chili!

George Hoefner is an outside sales representative for the Lancaster County area with Kapp Advertising.
George takes great pleasure serving his clients and predominantly Lancaster County since 2000. Being a resident of the area gives him a better insight helping his clients achieve their goals. His teen and pre-teen daughters keep life interesting for George and his wife. They enjoy music, reading and traveling.

Margie has been with the Merchandiser since 2001 as a sales consultant. She has extensive advertising experience having worked at an advertising agency prior to joining The Merchandiser. Margie enjoys forging strong relationships with her clients and prides herself on her follow up and perseverance. When not servicing her clients Margie enjoys time with her pets, reading, walking and cooking.

Vanessa Policare is an outside sales representative for Kapp Advertising.
Vanessa is a graduate from Alvernia University where she majored in corporate communications. At Alvernia she was involved with the Universities newspaper, The Alvernian, and interned for Vype High School Sports Magazine. She is looking forward to attracting new customers; putting new and existing businesses in the publics eyes, and helping customers build their business, as she forms strong relationships with her clients with their advertising needs.
