Depression and Bipolar Disorder Support Group – A mutual-help support group for persons with depression or bipolar disorder meets in Emmitsburg, Maryland.  Sponsored by the DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance), the group meets on the first Thursday of each month from 6:30-7:45 p.m. There is no charge to attend.
