Noah Delmas Dotson, 85, Hampstead, MD, died Sunday, Nov. 16 at Country Companion Assisted Living in Taneytown, Md. He was the husband of the late Gloria Campen Dotson. Surviving are sons, Robert D. Ruth C. Frazier, 92, Kingsdale, died Sunday, Nov. 16. She was the wife of the late Charles A. Frazier. Surviving are daughters, Edna, wife of Howard Haugh of Woodbine, Louise, wife of Richard Arvin, with whom she resided, of Taneytown, Md. and Elizabeth, wife of Nick Michael of Falling Waters, W.Va.; a son, Richard Frazier of Taneytown, Md.; a sister, Mary Sisk of Baltimore, Md.
Terry A. Hart, 64, Hanover, died Sunday, Nov. 16 at the York Hospital. Terry was the wife of Dr. Jon E. Hart. Also surviving are children, D.J. Doris Evelyn (Waters) O'Connor, 81, Hanover, died Friday, Nov. 14 at Homewood at Plum Creek. She was the wife of the late Gilbert James O'Connor. Surviving is her brother, Cdr. Wayne R. Waters, USN Retired and wife Betty of Fairfield, Calif.; sisters, Minnette L. Kundtz of Clayton, Ohio, and Juanita I., wife of the Rev. Dr. Arthur L. Ruths.
Barbara D. Rudisill, 80, New Oxford, died Sunday, Nov. 16 at the Brethren Home Community. She was the wife of the late Raymond J. Rudisill. She is survived by children, Barbara T. Kathleen May (Criswell) Reindollar, 93, Hanover, died Monday, Nov. 17 at Hanover Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fern L.
