Allen Junior "Sweet Pea" "Heldi" Heldibridle, 82, York, died at his home on Thursday, October 23. Dorothy M. (Shue) Garrett, 87, died Friday, October 31 at Hanover Hospital. She was the wife of the late Wilbur R. Garrett. Surviving are a daughter, Dorette M. Garrett and a son, Wilbur R. "Russ" Garrett, Jr.; grandsons, Justin and Marshall Garret; and a sister, Lovie Rohrbaugh of Spring Grove.

Gene E. Bowser, 69, Hanover, died  Sunday, November 2 at his residence. He was the husband of the late Sue Ann (Shultz) Bowser. Surviving are daughters, Kristen Ann Rudisill and her husband, Lonnie of Hanover, and Lauren Sue Troop and her husband, Keith of Washington Boro; grandchildren, Brett Rudisill, Paige Rudisill, Katelyn Troop, and Cole Troop; and his brother, Donald Joseph Bowser of Hanover.

Barry L. Hoffacker, 55, died Tuesday, November 4 at York Hospital. He was a son of Mildred (Amspacher) Hoffacker of New Oxford and the late Raymond Hoffacker. Noah Delmas Dotson, 85, Hampstead, MD, died Sunday, Nov. 16 at Country Companion Assisted Living in Taneytown, Md. He was the husband of the late Gloria Campen Dotson.  Surviving are sons, Robert D. Dotson, Big Pine Key, Fla., John D. Dotson, Reisterstown, Md., Jerry W. Dotson of Manchester, Md., Steven J. Dotson and Michael A. Dotson, both of Hanover; daughters, Diane M. (Dotson) Wardenfelt of Taneytown, Md. and Joanne M. (Dotson) Rill of Westminster, Md.; and a sister, Jackie Serio of Baltimore, Md.

Ruth C. Frazier, 92, Kingsdale, died Sunday, Nov. 16. She was the wife of the late Charles A. Frazier. Surviving are daughters, Edna, wife of Howard Haugh of Woodbine, Louise, wife of  Richard Arvin, with whom she resided, of Taneytown, Md. and Elizabeth, wife of Nick Michael of Falling Waters, W.Va.; a son, Richard Frazier of Taneytown, Md.; a sister, Mary Sisk of Baltimore, Md.

Terry A. Hart, 64, Hanover, died Sunday, Nov. 16 at the York Hospital. Terry was the wife of Dr. Jon E. Hart. Also surviving are children, D.J. Hart of Hanover, Jamie A., wife of Bert Sowell of Nags Head, N.C., and Brian E. Hart of Falls Church, Va.; grandchildren, Bryce J. and Evan A. Hart; sister, Annette, wife of Paul Belic of Pittsburgh.

Doris Evelyn (Waters) O'Connor, 81, Hanover, died Friday, Nov. 14 at Homewood at Plum Creek. She was the wife of the late Gilbert James O'Connor. Surviving is her brother, Cdr. Wayne R. Waters, USN Retired and wife Betty of Fairfield, Calif.; sisters, Minnette L. Kundtz of Clayton, Ohio, and Juanita I., wife of the Rev. Dr. Arthur L. Ruths.

Barbara D. Rudisill, 80, New Oxford, died Sunday, Nov. 16 at the Brethren Home Community. She was the wife of the late Raymond J. Rudisill. She is survived by children, Barbara T. Rudisill of York, Joseph Rudisill of Elkton, Md., Jane L. Backenstoss of Leesburg, Va., and Michael T. Rudisill of Westgrove; brother, William Wallick of Arizona.

Kathleen May (Criswell) Reindollar, 93, Hanover, died Monday, Nov. 17 at Hanover Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fern L. Reindollar, Sr. Survivors include her  daughters, Marlene Boyer and her husband, George of Carlisle, and Ethel Knarr and her husband, D. Richard of Tyler, Texas; sons, F.L. 'Jim' Reindollar of Lancaster, Frederick R. Reindollar  of Charleston, S.C., Michael W. Reindollar  of Dallas, Texas, and Andrew S. Reindollar of Reevesville, S.C.

Charles Leroy Howard, 78, Hanover,  died Wednesday, Nov. 19 at home. Charles was the husband of Shirley (Wright) Howard. Also surviving are children, Karen Elizabeth Howard of Indianapolis, Ind., and Jay Thomas Howard of Hanover; grandchildren, Jayson Michael Howard, Heather Ann Howard, Amy Marie Baumgardner, and Keri Ann Baumgardner; and sister, Mary Francis, of Michigan.

Florence A. Shriver, 97, formerly of Littlestown, died Monday, Nov. 17 in New Smyrna Beach, FL. She was the wife of the late Judge Harry C. Shriver. Surviving are daughters, Anne Bielot and Louise Armstrong, both of New Smyrna Beach; son, Harry C. Shriver, Jr. of Arvada, Colo.

Oatie Charles Cool, 74, of Sykesville died Thursday, Nov. 13 at home. He was the husband of Shirley E. Green Cool. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Kevin Cool of Westminster; a brother, Basil Cool of Painesville, Ohio; sisters, Betty Cockerill and Daisy Wood, both of Newark, Ohio.

Mildred Elizabeth German, 87, of Hampstead, formerly of Randallstown, died Thursday, Nov. 13 at Long View Nursing Home in Manchester. She was the wife of the late Howard H. German Jr. Surviving are son, Howard H. German III of Hampstead; grandsons, Travis German of Lawton, Okla., Kyle  German of Annapolis, and Corey German of Hampstead; and granddaughter, Audra German of Nottingham.

Karen Lynn Lingo, 53, of Tampa, Fla., formerly of Reisterstown, died Wednesday, Nov. 12 at Tampa General Hospital. She was the daughter of Andrew Humen of Clearwater, Fla., and Myrt and Wallace L. "Roy" Coghill of Sykesville. Surviving, in addition to her parents and stepfather, are son, Pfc. Andrew M. Steinhart of San Diego; sisters, Grace A., wife of John Wallace "Jack" Poole of Clearwater, Joanie, wife of Gerald Louis "Jerry" Dunn of Westminster, and Christina Mary Levinson of Baltimore; brothers, Andrew Humen Jr. of Crofton, and Thomas E. Humen of Tampa; brother,  Charles D. Humen of Baltimores.

Mary Elizabeth Conaway Armfield, 86, of Mount Airy died Saturday, Nov. 15 at Lorien of Taneytown. She was the wife of the late Joseph Thomas Armfield. Surviving are children, Jane, wife of Larry Haines and J. Thomas Armfield, both of Westminster, and Patricia A. Armfield of Mount Airy; grandchildren, Garry Haines, Kevin Haines and Matthew Haines, all of Westminster, Levi Haines, and Leslie, wife of Sam Lieb, all of Hanover, Pa., Greg Armfield of Leesburg, Va., Lisa, wife of Kenneth Watson of Middle Run, Theresa Gue of Arizona, Cheri, wife of Randy Ford of Littlestown, Pa., Steve  Doxzen of Middletown, Shaun Salmon of Florida and Elisabeth Salmon of Mount Airy.

William Francis Kelmartin, 75, of Finksburg died Saturday, Nov. 15 at Carroll Hospice Dove House. He was the husband of Constance Eleanor Wagner Kelmartin. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are children, Diana L., wife of Jeffrey D. Johnson of Walkersville, William E. Kelmartin of Manassas, Va., and Stephen M. Kelmartin of Westminster; sisters, Mary Brocato and Ann Kelmartin of Maryland; a brother, Thomas Kelmartin of New Jersey; and grandchildren,  Lauren Richards, Jennifer Emig and Damon, Nicholas, Rachel, Justin, Eric and Tyler Kelmartin.

Elizabeth L. "Betty Lee" Riddle, 80, of Westminster died Monday, Nov. 10 at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She was the wife of Walter C. Riddle Jr. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are sons, Walter C. "Rip" Riddle III of Gamber, and Robert Lee Riddle of Virginia Beach, Va.; daughter, Beth Riddle  of Westminster; grandchildren Benjamin, Andrew, Emily, Lindsey, Leslie, Jason, Nina and Sean.

Harry Arthur Zook, 83, of Westminster died Friday, Nov. 14 at Carroll Hospice Dove House. Surviving are a daughter, Barbara E. Zook of Westminster; son, John Zook of Westminster; and a grandson, Torey Daniel Zook.

George Learmonth, 91, of Mount Airy died Saturday, Nov. 15 at the Carroll Hospital Center. He was the husband of Doris Learmonth. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are son, Richard Learmonth of Wellington, Ohio; an adopted daughter, Ida, wife of Frank Fields of Jessup.

Helma Margaret (Wolf) Wolf, 72, of Hampstead died Thursday, Nov. 13 at Dove House. She was the wife of Gottfried Christoph Wolf. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are daughter, Christiane, wife of Alan Volkman of Manchester; son, Andreas Wolf of Las Vegas, Nev.; grandchildren, A. Thomas Riley of Hampstead, Karlton Riley of Manchester, and Laura, Ian, Kaden, and Talen Wolf, all of Las Vegas; a brother and a sister, both in Germany.

James “Jim” George Gill, 76, of Finksburg died Sunday, Nov. 16 at Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster. He was the husband of the late Doris Bower Gill. Surviving are sons, James B. Sr. of Arbutus; David M.  Gill of Gettysburg, Mark T. Gill of Edgewood; Scott B. Gill of Westminster; and Patrick N. Gill of Finksburg; grandchildren, Jennifer, Brian Jr., Kevin, Ashley, Mackenzie, Ethan, Nick, Ben, Brett and James; and a sister, Betty Leppo of Westminster.

Betty Ann Bea Stricklin, 97, of Hampstead died Monday, Nov. 17 at Long View Nursing Home in Manchester. She was the wife of the late John R. Stricklin. Surviving are granddaughters Michelle Stansfield of West Ocean City and Teresa Bradford of Ocean Pines.

Anna Virginia Fringer, 92, of Merchantville, N.J., formerly of Westminster died Saturday, Nov. 15 at Innova Health Care in Mount Laurel, N.J. She was the wife of the late Guy N. Fringer Jr. Surviving are a daughter, Louie Reisser of Merchantville; a granddaughter, Jennifer, wife of Chris Pittman.

Charles Adam “Pappy” Mann, 86, of Westminster died Monday, Nov. 17 in Westminster. He was the husband of Thelma D. “Sis” Buckingham Mann. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sons, Charles R. “Bobby” Mann of Westminster, Gerald R. “Jerry” Mann of St. Louis, and Daniel L. Mann of Finksburg; a brother, Clayton Mann of Taneytown.

Lt. Col. (ret.) Richard Lee Whitenton, of Fairfax, Va., formerly of Westminster, died Wednesday, Nov. 12. He was the husband of Colleen M. Whitenton. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are children, Cheri L. Maxwell, Nancy J. Quinlin, Collette R. Mozingo, Tonya M. Whitenton, Sean A. Whitenton of the Texas Air National Guard, 1st Sgt. Joseph A. Reconnu, USMC, CW03, and Thomas A. Reconnu, USMC; and brothers John W. and William J. Whitenton.
