Gregory Talbot Abbott, 54, Palmyra, passed away April 3. He was a son of Russell T. and Marlene R. (Hartwig) Abbott. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Diane Abbadusky and husband, Dan, and their children, Matthew Abbadusky and his wife, Christel, Danielle Abbadusky, Kristyn Hoffman and husband, Brad, and Jon and Dave Abbadusky; his sister, Cathy Schrecengost and her children, Abby, Andrew, and Alex Schrecengost; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Luis A. Archilla-Rivera, 73, of Lebanon passed away April 1 in Lebanon. Luis is survived by a daughter; Elizabeth wife of Ricardo Diaz of Lebanon, grandchildren; Katiria Diaz of Lebanon, Jean Elliott Rivera-Archilla of Lebanon and great grand child.

Richard Rufus Barto, 83, Hershey, passed away April 1 at the Masonic Village, Elizabethtown. He was predeceased by his wife, Emily J. (Roberts) Barto. He is survived by a son, Stephen R. Barto and wife Connie of Hummelstown; a daughter, Diana L. Anspach and husband Joseph of Grantville; a son-in-law, Gary Laudermilch of Wellsboro; grandchildren, Brian Laudermilch and wife Melanie of Montgomery, Mallory Anspach of Grantville, Trevor Anspach and fiance Amanda Geyer of Hershey, Megan Betz and husband Joe of Hershey, Melissa Hallman and husband C.J. of Hummelstown; and great-grandchildren, Seth, Brenden, Dylan, Sophia, Braxton, and Hannah.

Shawanda L. Benjamin, 23, Lebanon, passed away April 2 in the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the daughter of George and Sharon Hampton Benjamin. In addition to her parents, she is survived by siblings, Tawanda, wife of Matthew Myles, Donnell and wife, Melinda Williams, and Gemiqua Benjamin; nieces and nephews, Gekye, Zarae, Xyel, Jamicah, Kiara, and Layla; companion, Felicia, and her son, Jayvon; paternal grandmother, Coleen Benjamin; maternal grandmother, Annie Hampton; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Alfred Henry Bohner, 90, of Valley View, passed away March 31 at Harrisburg Hospital. Surviving are sisters, Mae Mckenzie, Middletown, Merle Paul, Lykens Rd., and Sandra Phyllips, Mount Dora, Fla.; and brothers, Herbert R. Bohner, Valley View, and Barry Williard, Lykens Rd.

Gayle K. Boltz, 77, Campbelltown, passed away April 2 in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. Surviving are her husband, Roy U. Boltz; children, Steven R., husband of Grace Boltz of Mount Wolf, Shellaine M., wife of John Reist of Palmyra, and Douglas C., husband of Tawn Boltz of Palmyra; brother, Richard, husband of Pat Kimmel of Lebanon; sister, Debbie, wife of Bob Hagerty of Palmyra; granddaughters, Sarah, Julia, Rachel, and Madison; stepgrandchildren, Stevie and Amanda; step great-grandchildren, Brittany, Jorden, Loren, Joshua, Brenna, and Caleb; and step great-great-granddaughter, Dalaina.

Karen Crain passed away March 31  at Good Samaritan Hospital. She is survived by her mother, Judi Crain, wife of the late Michael Crain; grandmother, Marian Wentz; and her brother, Michael and his wife, Jennifer, and their daughter, Bethany.

The Rev Elmer J. Davis, 94, formerly of Pottsville and Pine Grove, passed away March 30. The Rev. Davis was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Carver Davis. Surviving are his daughter, Dr. Lydia Davis, Coatesville, with whom he had resided this past year; sons, David and his wife, Bonnie, Pottsville, and Robert and his wife, Suzanne, and their children, John and Rachel, all of California.

David Douglas Dellinger, 51, passed away April 2 in Frackville. He was a son of Claudia J. Rash Burke and the late Douglas David Dellinger. In addition to his mother, David is survived by his siblings, Dawn M. Dellinger of Greenville, S.C., Daniel A. Dellinger and wife, Amy of Schertz, Texas, and Erin E. Nutz and husband, Hans of Greenville, S.C.; stepfather, Thomas Burke of Greenville, S.C.; and several nieces and nephews.

Spero Diamond, 93, Camp Hill, passed away at home on March 29.  Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth (Light); his sister Toula Buhrman; his first wife Helen (Kaperonis) and their children George and wife Wendy, Stephanie and husband Chris Reese, and Thespina and husband Jon Spivey ; step-children Jeff Longenecker and fiance Genny, Joyce and husband Jack Baker, Bruce Longenecker and wife Renee, Kevin Longenecker, and Jane and husband Michael Suter; grandchildren, step-grandchildren and step-great grandchild, nieces and nephews.

Sharlene A. Disbrow, 59, Grantville, passed away April 6 at home. Surviving are her husband, William R. Disbrow; son, Jeffrey R. Disbrow of Shamokin; daughters, Amy D. Disbrow of Harrisburg and Pamela L. Rehrig of Tamaqua; sister, Trudy L. Koontz of New Enterprise; grandchildren, Jolene D. Disbrow, Marcus J. Mary Jane Drupp, 69, passed away April 1 in the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of George D. Drupp, Sr. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, George D. Drupp, Jr., Joseph Drupp and wife, Sandra, Thomas Drupp and wife, Susan, and John Drupp and wife, Victoria; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brother, Franklin Goss; sisters, Sheila Rampolla and Elizabeth Belk; and nieces and nephews.

John Darkes "Red" Fees, 95, passed away April 4 at Spang Crest Manor in Lebanon. He was the husband of the late Ruth Kanode Fees and the late Louella Dishong. Surviving are a son, Larry of California; daughters, Sara, wife of Scott Shank of Manheim, Susan Carson of Williamsport, and Sandra Fees of Reading; grandchildren; and great-grandsons.

Bernice M. Frantz, 84, passed away  April 2 in Manor Care, Sinking Spring. Surviving are her brothers, Charlie W., Jr., husband of Faye Frantz of Lebanon, John D., husband of Teresa Frantz of Kennett Square, and Robert L., husband of Carol Frantz of Lebanon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Irvine M. Good, 91, passed away on March 27 at United Zion Home. He was the husband of the late Esther L. (Musser) Good. Surviving are sons, Donald Eugene, husband of Susan (Watson) Good of Ephrata, Bruce Edward, husband of the late Linda (Connor) Good of New Holland, Nevin Jay, husband of Deborah (Flora) Good of Annville; adopted children, Thang, Kim, John and Rosie Nguyen; grandchildren; step grandchildren; great- grandchildren; step great-grandchildren; a brother, Carl, husband of Emma (Shupp) Good of Denver; and a sister, Elizabeth, wife of Paul Freeman of Denver.

June Anne Haluska, 70, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away April 2 at her residence. June is survived by daughters, Jacquelyn Drey-Martin, wife of Tim Martin, Bethel, April Banavage, Tamaqua, and Debbie Evans, Pottsville; sons, Charles Haluska, Frackville, Lance Haluska, husband of Denise, Branchdale, and Scott Haluska, Pottsville; grandchildren, Devin and Baily Drey, Avery and Hunter Banavage and many others; great-grandchildren, Joey Sanchez, Tyler Haluska and a few other great-grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Hammons, wife of Charlie, Kentucky, and Josie Noland-Zirk, wife of George, Vermont; and a brother, Norman Crady, Massachusetts.

Homer W. Heffelfinger, 94, Richland, passed away April 1 at his residence. He was the husband of the late Verna (Yoder) Heffelfinger. Surviving are a daughter, Linda wife of Barry Sweigart of Reading; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-granddaughter.

James Ronald Heist, 66, Lebanon, passed away in the Good Samaritan Hospital April 2. Surviving are his daughter, Elizabeth Charlene Farrell of Femont, Mich.; sisters, Jeanie, wife of Larry Seiple of Hummelstown, and Peggy Heist of Rothsville; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Helen Jane Hicksenheiser, 90, passed away April 3 at Countryside Christian Community. Surviving are brothers, Harry Greenawalt, Robert P., spouse of Gladys Gettle, Karl E., spouse of Linda Gettle, and Bruce A., spouse of JoAnn Gettle; sister, Caroll A. Gettle; sister-in-law, Lorraine Gettle; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband, Harvey F. Hicksenheiser.

Mildred A. Houtz, 93, passed away March 30 at StoneRidge Towne Centre, Myerstown. She was the wife of the late Paul E. Houtz, Jr.. Mrs. Houtz is survived by a daughter, Shirley, wife of Kenneth Hunsicker, of Myerstown; a son, Harold, husband of Kathleen Houtz, of Myerstown; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; a sister, Marian Oxenrider, of Myerstown; and several nieces and nephews.

Joseph Michael "Joey" Jones, 21, of Pine Grove, passed away in Washington Twp., Schuylkill County, April 5. Surviving are his mother, Valerie Ann Nordall Jones and her companion, Tom Bohler of Pine Grove; sisters, Casandra J. Jones of Tennessee, Rebecca R. Jones of Gratz; maternal grandmother, Rose Clark Nordall of Pine Grove; maternal great-grandmother, Mabel Nordall of Lebanon; and uncle, Ronald Nordall, Jr. of Minersville.

Richard G. "Dick" Kohr, 83, passed away March 30 in the Lebanon V.A. Medical Center. He was the husband of June M. Dierwechter Kohr. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Bruce R. Kohr and wife Linda; grandsons, Christopher Kohr, Robert Kohr, all of Cleona; and several nephews.

Jean M. Kostaras, 88, passed away March 3 at StoneRidge Towne Centre, Myerstown.  She was the widow of the late Frederick W. Kostaras. Surviving Jean are sons:  Robert G. Kostaras and his wife Patricia of Jamison, PA, and Chris D. Kostaras and his wife Susanne of Robesonia; a daughter-in-law Deborah Kostaras;  grandchildren:  Jenna Silverman, Jessica Runner, Robert Kostaras, Jr., Frederick Cherry, Samantha Kostaras, and Allison Kostaras;  great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Robert J. Krall, 69, of Myerstown, passed away March 29 at the Good Samaritan Hospital. He is survived by a son, Bobby, and a daughter, Cindy; brothers - John and Steve; sisters - Shirley, Ruthann, Gail, and Debbie; and several nieces and nephews.

David Alan Leiss,  52, of Harrisburg, passed away March 31 at the Hershey Medical Center. He was the son of Shelby Norton Leiss and the late Donald Robert Leiss. In addition to his mother, Shelby, he is survived by his husband William T. Kennedy IV of Harrisburg; a daughter Erin Leiss of Lebanon; sons Adam D. Leiss of Woodstock, NY, and Nicholas P. Leiss of Beacon, NY, ; his sister Jody L. Leed of Lebanon; brother Todd A. Leiss (Donna Beard) of Middletown; grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Robert M. "Bob" Miller, 84, Pine Grove, passed away April 1 at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street. Bob was the husband of the late Rita J. Seiger Miller.  Surviving are a son, Robert D. Miller and his wife, Desanie, Lebanon; a daughter, Sarah A. Whitworth and her husband, John, Schnecksville; beloved grandchildren, Rachel Miller, Benjamin Miller, Catherine Whitworth and Mary Rita Whitworth; sisters, Nancy Hatter and her husband, Merwin, Donaldson, and Barbara Bohrman and her husband, Harry, Orwigsburg; nieces, nephews and extended family members.

James A. Minnich, Sr., 88, Lebanon, passed away at home April 5. James was the husband of Dorothy J. Sweigart Minnich. Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Bonnie L., wife of David Kutch, Lebanon, James A. Jr., husband of Barbara Minnich, Hillsboro, N.H., Ronald H. Minnich of Lebanon, Donald L., husband of Kelly J. Minnich, Lebanon, and Charmaine S., wife of Jeffrey Hess, Palmyra; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brother; and sisters.

Charles A. Mishoe, 58, Annville, passed away March 31. Charles was a son of Helen (Hartman) of Lebanon and the late Charles W. Mishoe. In addition to his mother, he is survived by daughters, Leslie Mishoe of Moorestown, N.J., Emily Mishoe of Philadelphia, Allison Mishoe, married to Michael Kenney of Philadelphia, and Adrienne Mishoe of Lebanon; brother, Paul Mishoe of Lebanon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Marabel E. Nichols, 92, of Pine Grove, passed away at Orwigsburg Center. Surviving, in addition to her husband, George, Pine Grove, are a son, Mark Nichols and wife, Terri, Fairfax, Va.; a daughter, Debra, wife of Tom Brown, Pine Grove; grandchildren, Tracy Samani, Christopher Nichols, Patrick Nichols, Andrew Nichols, Amanda Kenneff, Caitlin Francis, Nevin Brown and Taylor Brown; great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Beverly Nichols, Carlstadt, N.J.; and a brother, David Bleekmann, Brick, N.J.

Richard P. Novatka, 42, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away March 29. He was a son of Paul and Darlene Flickinger Novatka, Shenandoah. In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers, David, with whom he resided, and Shawn, Shenandoah; aunts, uncles and cousins.

George Pinchorski, 92, of Williamstown, passed away April 2 at Select Specialty Hospital, Harrisburg. He was predeceased by his wife, Naomi Russell Pinchorski. Surviving are his son, Ronald Pinchorski and his wife, Paula, Wiconisco; daughter, Lydia A. Sheehan and her husband, Terry, Loyalton; five grandchildren, whom he was very proud of, Kyle and Ryan Lenker, Matthew Pinchorski, Amy Leitzel and Nicole Pinchorski; six great-grandchildren, Tyler and Taylor Lenker, Cassidy and Caitlyn Pinchorski and Mallory and Mason Leitzel; and his longtime high school friend, Dolores Appleton, Maryland.

Harold L. Powell, 87, passed away April 3 in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. Surviving are his wife, Evelyn R. (Werner) Powell; children, Kim Houtz of West Virginia, Scott Powell of Williamsport, and Shawn Powell of Elizabethtown; grandchildren; and great-grandson.

John G. Rauch, Jr., 90, of the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, passed away April 2. Surviving are his wife, Betty J. (Gingrich) Rauch; sons, John G. Rauch, III, husband of Barbara, and Michael R. Rauch, husband of Rosemary, all of Harrisburg; sisters, Lois Adams of Albuquerque, N.M., and Barbara Leeper of Annville; grandchildren, Eric Rauch, David Rauch, Stephanie Rauch, and Nathan Rauch; and great-grandchildren.

Paul A. Riegel, 94, of Cressona, passed away March 31 at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street. Paul was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret Krammes and his second wife, Helen Stepsie Krammes.  "Lorraine" (Brubaker) Ritchie, 72, passed away April 2 at the Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of Thomas M. Ritchie. In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Marlin T. Ritchie, husband of Tammy of Richland, and Daryl L. Ritchie, fiance of Carol of Oley; brothers, Herbert Brubaker of Myerstown, John Brubaker of Myerstown, and Abraham Brubaker of Manheim; sisters, Louise Mosemann of Kentucky, Joyce Edris of Lebanon, and Dolores Brubaker of South Mountain; granddaughters, Nicole M., wife of Sean Mulhern of Richland, and Samantha L. Marne L. Robertson, 95, formerly of Schuylkill Haven, passed away April 6 at Orwigsburg Center. She was the widow of Claire R. Robertson. Marne is survived by daughters, Laurel Moyer, Schuylkill Haven, Susan, wife of Harry McGoey, Schuylkill Haven, and Claire, wife of LeRoy Wensel, Mohnton; a son, John D., husband of Brenda Robertson, Schuylkill Haven; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Eugenie "Jean" Ruhl, 75, passed away April 1 at her residence. She was the wife of George E. Ruhl. Jose Angel Santiago-Gonzalez, 38, of Lebanon, passed away April 2 in the Hershey Medical Center. He was a son of Jose A. Santiago-Valentin and Justina Gonzalez. Surviving in addition to his parents is his girlfriend; Maria Claudio, children; Brian Santiago and Desiree Santiago, brothers; Wilfredo Santiago, Rafael Santiago, Daniel Santiago, Jose Santiago and sister; Marilyn Santiago.

Russell H. Shaak, 83, Lebanon,  passed away March 29 at his residence. He was the husband of Christine (Reich) Shaak. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Judith, wife of Richard Wengert and Deborah, wife of the late Kenneth Klahr; granddaughters, Sherry, wife of Keith McIntyre; Amanda Wengert and friend Alexander Matos; Amy Wengert and friend Raymond Gildersleeve; Anna Wengert and friend Dylan Kapp; and Alisha Wengert and friend Daulton Kapp; great-grandsons, Domani Matos and Steven Krause; two sisters, Janet Kauffman and Nancy Huffman and one brother, Joe Shaak.

"Googie" Lew A. Shanaman, 86, Newmanstown, passed away March 30 at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He is survived by sisters, Ina wife of Donald Schaeffer of Lady Lake, FL, Ann Kreiser of Richland, Joy wife of Steve Garloff of Richland; brothers, Ned Shanaman of Lebanon, Gar husband of Doris Shanaman of Womelsdorf, Dale husband of Donna Shanaman of Richland, Ray husband of Perri Shanaman of Richland; many nieces and nephews.

Rachael M. Shenk, 59, Myerstown, passed away at home on March 30. She was the wife of Paul R. Shenk and a daughter of Luke and Mary Musser High. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Edwin R. Shenk husband of Joanne Shenk of Myerstown; daughters, Glenda Sensenig wife of Steven E. Sensenig of Myerstown, Sheila A. Ellwood R. Smith, Jr., 68, Jonestown, passed away April 2 in his residence. He was the husband of Kathleen D. Hartman Smith. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Wesley Smith of Lebanon.

Ruth V. Smith, 99, of the Middletown Home, passed away April 3. Her husband, Earl M. Smith, preceded her in death. Ruth is survived by a daughter, Sandra Shumaker of New Holland; a stepson, Robert Smith of Williamsport; grandchildren;great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and stepsons-in-law, Duane Stites of Silver Lake, Kan., and Mark Houser of Campbelltown.

Master Sgt. Ernest Alfred Snyder (USAF Retired), Alexandria, VA, passed away March 19. He waspreceded in death by his wife, Marguerite "Peggy" Youtz Snyder. Robert E. Snyder, 70, of Valley View, passed away March 31 at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey. Rhonda J. (Lutz) Turner, 51, passed away at home in Annville on March 28. Geraldine "Gerry" Ellen (Harrison) Walley, 87, passed away on April 1. In addition to her husband, C. Donald, Gerry is survived by a son, Brent C. Ernest A. Walters, 73, Annville, passed away April 2 at his residence. Makenna M. Wohlbruck, 2 months old, Myerstown, passed away April 2 at the M. S. Hershey Medical Center. She was the daughter of Jason A. and Elizabeth D. (Darone) Wohlbruck. Kim Walter Wolfe, 51, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away April 4 at his residence. He was a son of Walter S. Wolfe, Schuylkill Haven, and the late Shirley Kerschner Wolfe and the husband of Francine B. Koperna Wolfe. Surviving, in addition to his wife and father, are daughters, Rachael Wolfe, a student at Kutztown University, and Alison Wolfe, at home; sisters, Ginger Wolfe Keller and her significant other, Bruce Mochrie, North Carolina, and Holly K. Buehler and her husband, Charles, Schuylkill Haven; father- and mother-in-law, Frank and Suzanne Koperna, Schuylkill Haven; grandmother-in-law, Mary Ella Hoy, Schuylkill Haven; sisters-in-law, Steph Westington and her husband, Barry, and Justine Reber and her husband, Michael, Pottsville; brother-in-law, Robert Koperna and his wife, Norma, Chester Springs; nieces and nephews, Diona, Justin, Dustin, Caitlin, Lexi, Brett, Dylan, Jenna, Kayla, Anthony, Ella and baby Clauser.

Eugene Armstrong Wright, 85, passed away April 2 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon. He is survived by his wife, Denise; children, Sue Anne Steinmeyer, Marianna Doherty, Jim Wright, Elizabeth Heilman, and Dan Wright; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and his sister, Dolores Nygren.

Nancy L. Carpenter Yordy, 80, passed away in her home March 28. She is survived by her husband Henry A. Yordy, Jr.; son, Ralph E. McCook, III and his wife Valerie; and daughter Denise McCook Bollard and her husband Ted; grandchildren: Kerith McCook Greenawalt, and her husband Harry; Michael McCook and his partner Kevin Burd; Rory McCook and his wife Kate; and Adam and Alec Bollard; and stepchildren: Sharon Weaver and her husband Glenn; Michael and his wife Ronda; Steve and his wife Donna; Henry and his wife Cathy; Leisa and her husband David Martin; and David and Jeffrey Yordy; great-grandchildren.
