Janet C. Arnold, 81, died January 26 at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Cyril E. Arnold. She is survived by children, Michael, husband of Kathy Arnold, Kevin, husband of Heidi Arnold, Kelly Arnold, fiance of Taunya Gusti, and Michele Arnold Harris; a sister, Carole, wife of John Hoffman; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces.

Phyllis Louesa Walsh Boland, 79, Lebanon, died January 27. She was the wife of George William ("Bill") Boland. Also surviving are children, Deborah K. (Westbrook) Herman and her husband, Al of Mechanicsburg, Bradley D. Westbrook and his wife, Ardys Kozbial of San Diego, Calif., Mark E. Jean Elizabeth Bollinger, 86, Lititz, died January 27. She was the wife of the late Warren Bollinger. Surviving are sons, Daryl L., husband of Sandra (Patches) Bollinger of Lititz, and Gary L., husband of Valerie (Kallestad) Bollinger of Northfield, Minn.; daughters, Sheryl A., wife of Kirby L. Horst of Newmanstown, and Kay L., wife of Brian W. Hershey of Mountville; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Ellen B. Brennan, 49, of Tremont, died Jan. 27 at the Hershey Medical Center. She was a daughter of Ann Mahoney Brennan, Tremont, and the late Joseph Brennan. Also surviving are sisters, Ann Brennan, Severn, Md., and Mary Jane Brennan, Pottsville; brothers, Thomas, Pottsville, and Joseph, Primrose; nieces and nephews; a great-niece.

Oliver H. Burkhart, 68, Bethel Twp., died January 26 in University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He was the husband of Carol M. (Leisey) Burkhart. Surviving also are daughter, Angela K. (Burkhart), wife of Frank Jordan of Bethel; sons, Steven P. Burkhart and his wife, Teresa of Bethel, Timothy C. Burkhart, and Keith A. David E. Campbell, 73, Newmanstown, died January 28 in his home. He was the husband of the late Carole M. Johns Campbell. He is survived by a son, Michael, husband of Brenda Campbell, and their son, Brian D. Campbell, all of Newmanstown; and brothers, Leroy Campbell of Altoona, Irvin, husband of Anna Campbell of Baltimore, Md., Dean, husband of Carol Campbell of Ephrata, and Donald Campbell of Atlanta, Ga.

Doris I. Lawrence Dahl, 79, died January 23 in Frey Village, Middletown. She was the widow of James P. McDonald and is survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Grace L. Ensminger, 94, died January 21 in the Lebanon Valley Home. She was the wife of the late Henry A. Ensminger. Surviving are sons, John D. husband of Kathleen D. Ensminger of Box Elder, S.D., Harvey D. husband of Diane L. Ensminger of Cressona, Phillip S. husband of Nannette Ensminger of Bellegrove; two daughters, Nora M. wife of Elwood Wampler of Jonestown, Debra K. wife of Ed J. Edith Hall, 84, Spang Crest Manor, died January 25  in the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Donal Hall. Hall of Lebanon, and Delorce Hall of Lebanon; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Paul A. Hartranft, 87, Newmanstown, died January 21 at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was the husband of Marie A. (Rutter) Hartranft. Also surviving are sisters, Margaret Greth of Wernersville, Kathryn Zerbe of Newmanstown; brother, Robert Hartranft of Womelsdorf; several nieces and nephews.

Memphis Sue Hearn, infant daughter of Bradley J. and Heather M. Swisher Hearn, Palmyra, died January 19. James H. "Woodbutcher" Herb, Palmyra, 81, died January 21 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Mary Ann Richard Hernley, 82, died January 24 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon. She was the wife of Delmas M Hernley. Also surviving are son, Shawn D. Hernley and wife, Karen of Lebanon; daughters, Carmelle J. Hernley of Lebanon, and Heather L., wife of Steve Sharer of Laceyville; grandchildren, Merritt, Amber, and Miranda Hernley, and Kyle and Richard Sharer; and great-grandchildren, Makenzie and Jayden West.

Charles D. Hoffman, 77, died January 22 at the Inpatient Hospice at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. He is the husband of F. Michele Sciortino. Also surviving are a son, Lance V. Hoffman of Christianburg, Va.; siblings, John Huffman of Lebanon, Richard Huffman of Pottsville, Carol Mueller of Palmetto, Fla., Claire Batman of Tucson, Ariz.

James R. Kohl, 82, died January 22 at The Highlands of Wyomissing, Reading.  James was preceded in death by wife, the former Joyce Frees. Surviving are brother, H. Robert Kohl and wife Claire of Heathrow, Fla.; daughter, Deborah Kearse, wife of Joseph T. Kearse of Wyomissing; son, Jeffrey Kohl of Lebanon; grandchildren, Amy McKnett, wife of W. Eric McKnett of Downingtown, Leah Cline, wife of Brandon Cline of Lebanon, Jenna Kohl of Lebanon; and great-grandchildren, Kohl and Jack Cline.

Carl J. "Tat" Krause, 92, of Schuylkill Haven, died Jan. 23 at home. Preceding him in death was his wife, Betty J. Ferrebee Krause. Surviving are sons, Carl J. Krause Jr., presently in Afghanistan, Gerald Krause and Mark Krause, both of Schuylkill Haven; daughters, Jane Krause, Mechanicsburg, Kathleen Miller, Rock, and Rebecca Krause, Joliett; five grandchildren; a brother, Amos Krause, California.

Paul R. "Poppy" Kreiser, Sr., 76, Hummelstown, died January 21 at home. Surviving is his wife, Shirley V. (Gruber) Kreiser; sons, Paul R. "Sonny" (and his wife, Lauri-Anne) Kreiser, Jr., Harrisburg and Derryl E. Kreiser, Annville; his daughter, Lori A. Faye Ann Leiss, 76, died January 24 in her South Lebanon Township residence. She is survived by her brother, Terry R., husband of JoAnne Leiss of Newmanstown; niece, Kelly Hauck; great-nieces, Ashley Rocker and Kirsten Hauck; great-nephew, Eric Hauck; great-great-nephews, Nicholas and Brennan Rocker; aunt, Sarah Starr; and cousins, Robert and Richard Morris.

Harold H. Leymeister, 85, Schuylkill Haven, died Jan. 28 at home. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy Faust Aregood Leymeister. Charles R. Light, 77, Cornwall, died January 26 in the Lebanon V.A. Medical Center. He was the husband of June (Marks) Light. Also surviving are sons, Bruce E. Antoinette M. Pouch, 89, died January 25 at Cornwall Manor. She was the wife of the late Raymond E. Pouch.
