Scott Balthaser, 55, of Lebanon passed away May 18, in his residence. He was the son of Robert G. and Gerda H. Balthaser of Lebanon. Brenda J. Bickel, 74, of Richland passed away May 16, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of Gerald E. Bickel. Brenda is also survived by daughter, Karen Bickel, of Myerstown; son, Kevin, husband of Lisa Bickel, of Myerstown; grandchildren, Ashley and Andrew Bickel; nieces and nephews.
