Mary A. Ankenbrant, 90, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Feb. 24 at Schuylkill Medical Center-East Norwegian Street. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Ankenbrant. Surviving are her children, Francis Ankenbrant and his wife, Rose, Richard Ankenbrant and his wife, Roxanne, Louis Ankenbrant, David Ankenbrant and his wife, Susan, Bernadette Ankenbrant and Jacqueline Stine and her husband, Martin, all of Schuylkill Haven; grandchildren, Richard, David, Joel, Stacey, Amy and Eric; great-grandchildren, Cody, Bradon and Mason; nieces and nephews.
Debra Lynne "Debbie" Arnold, 61, Lebanon, passed away March 1 at her home. She was the daughter of Ralph W. Lehman and Doris Lehman nee Berkheiser. Surviving are husband, Gregory T. Arnold; sons, Scott Karli, and Shaun, spouse of Amanda Karli; daughter, Rebecca Lynn Arnold; stepdaughter, Mary Elizabeth, spouse of Rick Deitz; grandchildren, Matthew Karli, Nathaniel Karli, Meghan Bashore, Avery Karli, Lillian Karli, and Ashley Arnold; and great-grandson.
Charles Ellis Forinash, 83, Lebanon, passed away February 22 in the Good Sam aritan Hospital. Charles was the husband of the late Lois Mae Schaeffer. Surviving are his daughter: Lisa E. James H. 'Jim' Garloff, 79, Lebanon, passed away February 24 at his home. Surviving are son, James S. 'Spank' Garloff of Lebanon; daughter, Karen L. Garloff of Harrisburg; grandchildren, Megan E. Garloff and Jennifer L. Garloff; great-grandchild, Kylee M. Garloff; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by wife, Gloria Garloff nee Krumbine.
Thelma 'Kitty' R. (Cluck) Grant, 89, passed away February 17 while visiting her son in Florida. She was the wife of the late James L. Grant. Kitty is survived by her son, James E. Grant of Port Orange, Fla.; her daughter, Bonnie (Gladstone) Adams of Marietta, N.Y.; five grandchildren, Jenny, Janelle, Peter, Stephen (Lily), and Emily; great-grandchildren with another on the way; and great-greatgrandson.

Marilyn B. Hibshman, 78, passed away February 28 at Manor Care Health Services in Lebanon. She was the wife of Paul W. Hibshman Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son, John Hibshman and wife, Donna Anderson of Onalaska, Wis.; daughters, Kay Lucas of Jonestown and Jill Rogers of Prospect Park; and seven grandchildren, Jariod, Dylan, Madison, Danielle, Matthew, Keaton, and Katey.
Joan Patschke Hickey passed away February 27. She was married to the late LT. Col. Edward J. Hickey. John L. Betty J. Scheib, 82, of Tower City, passed away Feb. 25 at Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence. Surviving are daughters, Barbara Miller (John), Tower City, and Jeanine Blyler (Lennie), Jonestown; three sons, Aaron Scheib, Daniel Scheib (Denise), and Paul Scheib (Karen), all of Tower City; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Lois Martin Scheitrum, 62, Myerstown, passed away February 26 in the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was a daughter of Lydia H. High Martin, with whom she resided and the late Elam C. Martin. Surviving in addition to her mother is a son, Robert Mills of Hamburg; sisters, Marian Kozlowski of St. Petersburg, Fla., Jane Kelly of Reading, Perla Martin of Mohnton; brothers, E. Cleason Martin and Nelson C. Martin, both of Myerstown.

Kelley J. (Lewis) Vardzik, 54, of Lebanon passed away February 26 at home. She was the wife of George J. Vardzik. Kelley was a daughter of Martha (Krist) Lewis and the late R. Jay Lewis. Phyllis A. Wasserman, passed away March 1 in Juniper Village, Lebanon. She was the widow of Dr. Henry L. Wasserman. She is survived by brothers, Lynn, husband of Sue Levengood of Lebanon, and Neal, husband of Shirley Levengood of Lebanon; sisters, Sylvia Jane, wife of Joseph Faust of Richland, and Paula Kulp of Ephrata; and nieces and nephews.
