Kathryn M. Adam, 92, passed away  March 27 in the Phoebe-Berks Village Healthcare Center, Wernersville. She was the wife of the late Frederick F. Adam Sr. She is survived by her son, Frederick F. Adam Jr., husband of Gloria, Sinking Spring; her grandchildren Michael F. Adam, husband of Tammy, and Lisa K., wife of Michael Wilkes; grandchildren: Jessika and Eric Adam and Tyler, and Courtney and Kayla Wilkes.

Mildred E. Balthaser, 79, of Bernville, passed away March 31 in the Reading Hospital. She was married to the late Dale E. Balthaser. Surviving are her children, Stephanie K., wife of Donald Benjamin of Boyertown; Dale B. Balthaser, husband of Debra of Bernville; George W. Balthaser of Exeter Twp.; and John V. Balthaser of Strausstown; grandchildren: Kirsten and Kyle Benjamin and Travis and Noah Balthaser; great-grandchildren: Owen Balthaser, and Abigail and Addison Benjamin.

Jerome A. "Jerry" Behney, 78, of Wernersville, passed away March 25 at the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Barbara L. (Hartz) Behney. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Christine L. Leonhardt, Muhlenberg Twp., and a sister, Doreen Martin, Lebanon.

Margaret Bender, 87, of Reading, passed away on March 31 at Season's Hospice, Phoenixville. She was the wife of the late Samuel Bender. Surviving are her daughter, Gloria, wife of Robert Boettcher; sisters, Anna Simon and Theresa Weiss; brother, Louis Globosits; grandchildren, Brian Boettcher and Christine, wife of Kevin Krause; great grandchildren: Bradley, Nicholas, and Korey.

Frank H. Brosious, 74, of Blandon, passed away March 28 in the Reading Hospital. He the husband of the former Janice Wirt. In addition to his wife he is survived by sons and their spouses: Frank H. and Loraine Brosious Jr. of West Hazelton; Brian K. Brosious of Freeland; and Rodney T. Brosious of Blandon; granddaughters, Ashley Deluca and Courtney Brosious; great-grandchild, Liam; and brother, James Brosious, of Sunbury.

Barry L. Butzer Sr., 73, of Spring Township, passed away March 31 in Spruce Manor. He was the husband of Mary P. (Kantner) Butzer and a son of Margaret F. (Goheen) Butzer, Bern Township, and the late Joseph E. Butzer. He is survived by his children: Christine C., wife of Michael Hart, West Reading; Barry L. Butzer Jr., Reading; and Martin R., husband of Linda Butzer, Honolulu, HI; his brother, Joseph W., husband of Helen Butzer, Mt. Penn; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Nancy Ann Chambers, 80, of Mt. Penn, passed away April 1 in the Reading Hospital. She is survived by her brother, John J., Dugan and wife, Sandra L.; nieces, Kim, wife of Steven P. Clouser, her daughter, Tracey Grabowski and her children, Kaylee and Paige; nephews: James T. Rogers, Daemon A. Heckman, Patrick J. Dugan.

Leslie A. Monnett - Chubb, 33, of Kutztown, passed away March 27 in Good Shepherd Specality Hospital, Bethlehem. She was the wife of Jason R. Chubb and the daughter of Norman Monnett, Reading and Audrey Wahl Monnett Sorg of Kutztown. Surviving is her husband Jason; father, Norman; mother, Audrey, and stepfather, John Sorg; maternal grandmother, Daisy A. (Deturk) Wahl of Kutztown.

Thomas J. Collins, 72, passed away on March 28 in Reading Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Dolores L. Collins of Reading; a son, Eric T. Collins of Abingdon, VA; a granddaughter, Rebecca G. Collins, at home; a grandson, William C. Collins, at home; and siblings.

Gregory J. DeAcosta, 60, of Shillington, passed away March 23 in his residence. He was the husband of Theresa A. (Corcoran) DeAcosta. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his stepson, Robert J. Bruckart III, husband of Misty, Indianapolis, IN; brother and two sisters.

June R. Delp, 92, of Lower Alsace Twp., passed away March 29 in her home. She was the widow of William E. Delp. Surviving is her son, Richard R. Delp, husband of Sharon, of Lower Alsace Twp.; grandchildren, Michael J. Delp and Michelle Marrero;great-grandchildren: Justin, Samantha, Bianca, and Victor Jr.; and a great-great-granddaughter, Izbella Faith; a sister, Doris R., widow of Lee J. Fetterman, of Fleetwood.

Winter J. Flor was stillborn on March 25 in The Reading Hospital. She was the daughter of Jorge D. Flor and Lauren E. Styer, Reading. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her siblings: Elizabella, Amilliono and Angel Ortiz; her grandparents: David L. Styer and Sandra Styer, and Edith Concepción; her aunts and uncles: Robert and Kay Miley, Victor Leon and Julie Styer, Samantha Huarneck, Valerie Castro, Sammy Mendez, Fernando and Jacquelyn Hall; and her cousins: Amaris Castro, Yaliyah, Jayliana and Dallas Miley, Avaya and Victor Leon.

James A. Ford, 72, of Reading, passed away March 26. James is survived by his daughter, Susan Wentzel, and his son, Clayton Henry; siblings: Betty Ford, Kathy Ford, Linda Ford, Gloria Stacey, Geraldine Rudy, Beryl Helwig, Dolores McCoy and Patricia Simon; and many nieces and nephews.

Herbert W. Gelsinger, 87, of Reinholds, passed away March 26 at Ephrata Community Hospital. He was the husband of Margaret M. (Moyer) Gelsinger. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Brian L., husband of Grelita Gelsinger, of Surprise, AZ; a daughter, Beverly A., wife of Dennis Zimmerman, of Sabinsville, PA; a grandson, Gregory L. Gelsinger; a great-grandson, Zachary; and sisters, Arlene Ansel and Kathrine Kopp.

Clyde D. Grim Jr., 89, of Shillington, passed away March 27 in the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of the late Dorothy E. (Edinger) Grim. Clyde is survived by his daughter, Kathleen M. Grim, Kenhorst; his sons: Michael C., husband of Kathy Grim, Mohnton and Robert C., husband of Laura Grim, McKinney, TX; his brother, James C., husband of Audrey Grim, Advance, N.C.; his grandchildren: Kelly Keiser, Katie Leh, Steven Grim, Daniel Grim, and his great-grandsons, Evan Keiser and Nolan Leh.

William R. (Bill) Grinage, 61, of Reading, passed away March 23 at St. Joseph Medical Center. Mr. Grinage was the husband of Kimberly A. (Fick) Grinage. Also surviving are a daughter, Samantha L. Grinage, and a son, Patrick J. Grinage, both of Reading.; a brother, James J. Grinage Jr. of Corpus Christi, TX.

Joseph Hayik Jr., 75, of Amity Twp. Berks County, passed away March 30 at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Winifred A. (Frantz) Hayik, at home; son, Seth A., husband of Sara Hayik, Lansdale; daughter, Susan A. Hayik, Richmond, VA; and  granddaughter.

Rico F. Hernandez, 53, passed away  March 31 in his West Reading, PA residence. He was the husband of Minerva C. (Cenabre) Hernandez and a son of Remedios (Fabre) Hernandez, of Tayabas, Quezon, Philippines, and the late Gavino Hernandez. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children: Ralph, Royce and Ren and his siblings, Delia and Jowells.

David Lee Hoppes, 57, of Oley, passed away March 29 in Golden Living Center. He was a son of LeRoy Alvin and Clara May (Ford) Hoppes of Alsace Township. Surviving, in addition to his parents, is his brother, Barry Lee, husband of Linda L. (Falck) Hoppes of Lancaster.

Ruth A. (Hill) Hornberger, 82, passed away March 30 at Keystone Villa at Douglassville. She was the widow of Richard W. Hornberger. Surviving are children: William R. Jan K. (Stoudt) Kaufman, 61, of Spring Township, passed away March 30 in her home. She was the wife of Richard A. Kaufman and a daughter of Violet J. (Erb) Stoudt of Corpus Christy, TX, and the late Eugene J. Stoudt. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by sons: Keith R. Kenneth Russell Kline, 86, Wyomissing, passed away March 27 in the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of the late Kathryn I. "Skip" Kline. Surviving is daughter, Penelope Ann, wife of James C. Arnidis Jr., Shillington; brother, Earl N. Kline of Douglassville; sister, Edith, widow of Robert Miller, Falls Church, VA; grandchildren: Celeste, wife of Mark Wenrich; and Troy, husband of Jessi Arnidis; and great-grandchildren, Morgan and Kenneth Wenrich.

Weston James Martinez, infant son of David Martinez and Britnie Troutman-Kull of Kenhorst, passed away March 23 in St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. In addition to his parents, Weston is survived by his brothers: Blaise David Martinez and Ryland Cole Martinez.

Patricia L. Metzler, 66, of Muhlenberg Twp., passed away March 27 in St. Joseph Medical Center. She is survived by son, Brian R. Metzler, husband of Jeanine, of Sinking Spring; granddaughter, Emma Ann Metzler, and sisters: Linda L. Metzler, Debra S. Metzler, both of Blandon, and Jeanne M. Metzler of Shenandoah.

Daniel J. Miller, 62, of Boyertown, passed away March 31 in Reading Hospital. Mr. Miller is survived by his brothers: Wilmar Miller, husband of Madeline Miller of Adamstown; Robert Miller, husband of Ruth Miller of Denver, PA; his twin brother, Joseph, husband of the late Susan (Eager) Miller of Reamstown; Irvin Miller, husband of Audrey Miller of Womelsdorf; and George Miller, husband of Josephine Miller of Mohnton; and his sister, Elizabeth Buffenmyer, wife of Thomas Buffenmyer of Reinholds; nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

Joan Marie (Daniels) Monroe,  75, of Douglassville, passed away March 27 at the Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, Pottstown. She was the wife of the late Thomas Monroe. Betty L. (Black) Moore, 104, of Spring Township, Sinking Spring, passed away March 29. Betty was the widow of Frank W. Moore. Betty is survived by her daughter, Cathy L. Moore, with whom she resided in Sinking Spring; her niece, Susan (Hunsicker), wife of Frank Dillahey of Harrisburg; and her great-niece, Michelle Geib of Steamboat Springs, CO.

Kathryn L. "Kitty" Noll, 79, of Reading, passed away March 27 in Hershey Medical Center, Hershey. She was the wife of Theodore S. Noll. Survived by her husband Ted; daughter, Pamela Y. Reisenweaver of Leesport and stepdaughter, Michele L. Noll of Reading; grandchildren Benjamin C. Reisenweaver, Amanda L. Noll and Kayleigh A. Noll.

David L. Norris, 69, Birdsboro, passed away on March 30. Surviving are his wife, Sara E. (Girlando) Norris; son, Robert Allan Norris at home; daughters: Carolann, wife of Rich Stevenson of West Lawn; and Tammy A. Norris, fiancée of Jeffrey Smith of Shillington; brother, M. Bessie N. Phillips, 93, wife of the late John W. Phillips Jr., passed away March 29 at the Golden Living Center in Exeter Twp. She is survived by her sons, Roy W. Sr. Phillips, and Jay H. Phillips; daughters, Carol Ann Mest, and Judy M. Brand; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-granddaughters.

"Googie" Lew A. Shanaman, 86, of Newmanstown, passed away March 30 at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. Fern June (Kulp) Smith, 93, passed away March 29 in Spruce Manor, West Reading. She was the wife of the late John Joseph Smith. Surviving are her sons: Michael J. Smith, husband of Maria Smith, Boise, Idaho; Thomas C. Smith of Shillington; and Mark A., husband of Holli L. Smith of Temple; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Anna Mae Stiefel, 73, of Muhlenberg Twp., passed away March 27 in St. Joseph Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Richard S. Stiefel Sr. and the daughter of Sarah (Balthaser) Hoffman, Mohrsville, and the late Frank Hoffman. Surviving in addition to her mother is  daughter, Robin S. (Stiefel), wife of Gary E. Phillips, Ontelaunee Twp.; daughter-in-law, Tara A. (Kline) Stiefel, Muhlenberg Twp.;  grandsons, Brandon Strand and his fiancee, Brittany Gorman, and Richy Stiefel III; granddaughter, Brianan Strand; and brother, Larry Hoffman, and his wife, Carol, Birdsboro.

Lori Lynn (Grainger) Sullivan, 55, passed away March 30 in ManorCare Health Services, Spring Township. She was the wife of Paul T. Sullivan and a daughter of Robert H. and Doris A. (Linderman) Grainger of Pottstown. Lori is also survived by a daughter, Kara Lynn Sullivan, a sophomore at Antietam High School.

Thomas J. Sutliff, 90, of Kutztown, passed away March 28 in Reading Hospital, West Reading. He was the widower of Mildred E. (Ceban) Sutliff. Survivors are daughter, Jean L. Sutliff of Lyon Station; son, Leonard J. Sutliff, Lenhartsville; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Robert L. "Hoghead" Tyson, 86, of Reading, passed away March 28 in the Reading Hospital. Robert is survived by his son, Gerard Tyson of Reading; his sister, Margaret Tyson of Flying Hills; his sisters-in-law, Mary Tyson and Carol Tyson both of Reading; his daughter-in-law, Jayne Oakes; grandchildren: Michael A., Tanika M., Tommy, Rhea, J.J., and Sonya; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Glenn W. Walters, 77, of Robesonia, passed away March 28 at home. He is survived by children, a son, Rodney Walters; and a daughter, Cindy Stirk; grandsons, Jesse and Jarred Stirk; a sister, Betty Trievel; and nieces and nephews.

Thomas Lee Washington, 87, of Birdsboro, passed away on March 26 in his residence. He was the husband of the late Catherine (Stewart) Washington. Surviving is a brother.

Margaret A. Wolff, 92, formerly of Temple, passed away March 16 in Pottstown where she resided with her daughter. She was the widow of Clarence E. Wolff. Surviving is her daughter, Maureen F. (Walters), wife of John Brzoska, of Pottstown; stepson, Thomas J. Wolff of Williston, VT and stepdaughter, Debra A. Robert F. Wolff, Ed.D., 80, of Kutztown, passed away March 27. He was the husband of Sylvia E. (Durs) Wolff. In addition to his wife he is survived by children: Colleen M. (Wolff), wife of Chris J. Cornelius, Switzerland, FL; Robert J., husband of Lisa (Sharp) Wolff, Lower Macungie Twp.; Joseph S., husband of Kari (Sugerman) Wolff, Kennett Square, and Ann-Marie Wolff, Reading; a sister-in-law, Elsie (Frantz); grandchildren: Taylor, Sam, Lily, Emerson and Trevor Wolff.

Laura M. Iezzi Zellner, 85, of Muhlenberg Township, Reading, passed away March 29. Laura was the widow of the late Alfred A. Iezzi Jr. and is survived by her husband. Surviving are  sons Anthony J., husband of Barbara Iezzi of New Mexico; Alfred A. III, husband of Melanie Iezzi of Temple; and daughter, Joan L. Iezzi of Reading; step-daughter, Debbie, wife of Curt Hugo of Kutztown; grandchildren; and great grandchildren.

Linda Marie Zeltzer, 43, passed away March 27 in her Mt. Penn residence. She was the daughter of Edwin and Dorothy (Kramer) Zeltzer. In addition to her parents, Linda is survived by her sister, Kathleen Zeltzer, Bethlehem.
