Geneva Carr Yates, 90, passed away at the Reading Hospital April 23. She was predeceased by her husband, Samuel A. Yates. Geneva is survived by children: Samuel Richard Yates, husband of Annette, of Oak Grove, LA, and Gary Nolan Yates, all of Oak Grove, LA; and Rose Mary Marabella, wife of David C., of West Wyomissing; brother, Carl James Carr, husband of Carol, of San Antonio, TX; grandson, Anthony Marabella; stepgrandchildren: Theresa, Kim and Susie; and stepgreat-grandchildren.
Jennie F. Zellers, 89, of Reading, passed away April 20 at Berks Heim - Berks County Home. She was the widow of Robert Zellers. Jennie is survived by daughters, both of California, Lois Hyde and her children: Dawn Thorp Welch, Shannon Chenault, Christina and Deborah Hyde; and Donna Williams, and her son, Curtis Van Roland Thorfinson; and niece, Bonnie Kleinsmith.
