Helen Madiera, 74, formerly of Reading, died Nov. 5 in Spruce Manor, West Reading. Helen is survived by a sister, Rose Kaisoglus, Sinking Spring.
Kenneth George “Red” March, 73, Robeson Township, died Nov. 5 in Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Adele Mary (Wawrzyniak) March. Surviving in addition to his wife are a stepson, James Crosby, at home; and a stepdaughter, Beverly A. Moyer, Franklin, N.J.; a brother, Ronald D. March, Birdsboro; and a sister, Joyce E. Drey, Amity Township.
E. Lorraine Platt, 88, formerly of Sinking Spring and Phoebe Berks Health Center, died Nov. 6 in Reading Hospital. She was the widow of William Platt. She is survived by brothers, Walter M. Artz, Wyomissing, and Ira H. Artz, Lewisville, N.C.
Richard W. Schlott, 59, Richmond Township, died Nov. 5 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Sandra A. (Barlet) Schlott. Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, William R. Schlott, and a daughter, Christina M. Schlott, both at home.
Wilma B. Yost, 81, Sinking Spring, died Nov. 4 in Reading Hospital. She was the wife of the late George W. Yost. Surviving are a daughter, Wendy B. (Yost), wife of Glenn A. Triviets, Nottingham; sons, Stuart G. Yost, Sinking Spring, and Eric H., husband of Debbie E. Yost, Wyomissing; grandchildren: Max S. Triviets, Maria M. Yost, Strat G. Yost and Sophia A. Yost.
Esther M. Bechtel, 95, Amity Township, formerly of Cape Coral, Fla., died Nov. 6 in Chestnut Knoll, Boyertown. She was the widow of J. Franklin Bechtel. Esther is survived by sons: John F. Bechtel, Douglassville; David O. Bechtel, Cape Coral; and Donald L. Bechtel, Phoenixville.
Christopher A. Crammer, 45, Bern Township, died Nov. 7 in his residence. He was the husband of Milana (Sokolovich) Crammer and a son of Harry Crammer, Reading and the late Doris (Hassler) Crammer. He is also survived by a daughter, Stephanie Firing, Reading; a sister, Cheryl Crammer, Reading; and brothers, Brian Crammer and Rodney Reed, both of Reading.
Christa L. Maurer, 80, died Nov. 7 in ManorCare, West Reading. She was predeceased by her husband, Wilson C. Maurer. She is survived by sons, James B. Maurer, Lancaster; and Michael G. Maurer, Cumru Township; granddaughters, Kathryn and Laura Maurer; and a grandson, Cody Maurer.

Francis P. Boulanger, 80, formerly of Wyomissing, died Nov. 8 in Phoebe Berks Skilled Nursing Unit. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel G. (Plank) Boulanger. He is survived by sons, Peter D. and Paul D., both of West Lawn; a daughter, Mary F., wife of Ronald E. Miller, Spring Township; a sister, Theresa (Boulanger) Koch, Wyomissing; and grandchildren: Andrew, Emily, David, Elizabeth, Jesse and Rachel.
Maria Irizarry, 84, Reading, died Nov. 5 in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township. She was the widow of Julio Sanchez. Surviving are sons: Ramiro Flores, Puerto Rico; Julio Sanchez and Adalberto Sanchez, both of Reading; and Leonitis Sanchez, Florida; three daughters: Nellie Flores, Reading; Zenaida Sanchez, Puerto Rico; and Mildred Sanchez, Reading; a brother, Benjamin Irizarry, Connecticut; and sisters, Antonia Irizarry, Puerto Rico; and Adelfina Irizarry, Puerto Rico.

Ed Oswald, 79, Laureldale, died Nov. 8 in Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Betty Jane “Betsy” (Strubing) Oswald. Marjorie Gentile, 60, Shillington, died Nov. 9 in Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of Joseph Gentile Jr. and a daughter of Virginia (Bozis) Kissinger, Shillington and the late Joseph Mattonis. Surviving in addition to her husband and her mother are a daughter, Vicki L. (Gentile) Brown, West Lawn; and a grandson, Tyler J. Ruch.
Louise A. Kline, 90, formerly of Stony Creek Mills, died Nov. 10 in the Golden Living Center, Exeter Township. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick C. Kline. William F. Schmehl, 86, Reading, died Nov. 9 in Mifflin Center. He was the widower of Virginia H. (Spadafora) Schmehl. He was the last of his immediate family.
Carl H. Stegman Jr., 85, Flying Hills, died Nov. 9 at home. He was the husband of Annabelle Q. (Quigley) Stegman, at home. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Bret J. Fake, Exeter Township; a brother, Ernest F. Stegman, Reading; grandsons, Justyn and Trevor Fake, both of Exeter Township.

Matilyn Grace Troy-Massey, 4 months, died Nov. 10 in Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She was a daughter of Matthew Massey, Reading, and Sherri-Lynn Troy, Quakertown. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Linda and Michael J. Troy; her paternal grandparents, William and Christine Massey; a great-grandmother, Ruth Massey; and great-grandparents, Ed and Betty Troy and James and Mary Agnes Gallagher.
