Richard H. Pfleger, 89, of Shillington, passed away at home Nov. 28. Surviving is his wife, Amelia R. (Gatto) Pfleger of Shillington, and his son, Gary R. Pfleger, also of Shillington; several nieces and nephews.
Loretta (Grossman) Pieczonka, 74, of Reading, passed away at St. Joseph Hospital on December 3. She is survived by her children: Cynthia Tirpak, wife of William of Birdsboro; Jake Levan, husband of Kathy of Robesonia; Robert Levan, husband of Melissa of Reading; Kellie Diaz-Reyes, wife of Elias of Reading and Thomas Wesoloski, husband of Carla of Reading; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Richard Clayton Pomeroy, 96, passed away Nov. 24 at the Highlands. He was predeceased by his wife, Angele. He is survived by his sons: Bruce, David and Richard Pomeroy, their wives, and grandchildren: Samuel, Amanda and Robert Pomeroy.
Margaret C. (Edwards) Powers, 88, passed away Nov. 29 in The Highlands at Wyomissing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Mark J. Powers. Margaret is survived by her stepchildren: Mark J. Jr., husband of Dianne Powers, VA; Patricia, wife of Richard E. Stubblebine, Muhlenberg Township; Michelle, wife of Terry Eckstrom, Wernersville; John Powers, Oley; and David Powers, Reading; brother, Thomas Edwards, Reading; her sister, Elizabeth Bechtel, Slatington, and stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.
David Rojas, 58, of Reading, passed away Nov. 30 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was the husband of Arlene (Ayala) Rojas and the son of Evlalia Morales and the late Manuel Rojas. David is survived by sons, Nathan and David; grandchildren: Nathan Jr., Gabriella, Miranda, Isabella, and Haylie; brothers and sisters: Eduardo, Candido, Ismael, Jesus, Tito, Carmen, Ana, Minerva, Zoraida, Lydia, and Idalia.
Jennie A. Schantz, 91, of Exeter Twp., passed away December 3 in her home. Jennie is survived by her husband, Albert I. Schantz; children: Cheryl K. Trexler of Emmaus; Lt. Col. Jeffery A. Schantz USAF (Retired) and his wife, Sarah of Breinigsville; and Scott A. The Honorable Calvin E. Smith, 86, passed away Nov. 28 at the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Jacqueline Ann (Mitchell) Smith. In addition to his wife, he is survived by children: Cynthia Lee Spotswood, Calvin Mitchell Smith, and Rev. Cabot Manbeck Smith; grandchildren: Elizabeth D. Spotswood, William S. Leonard Smith, 65, of Millsboro, DE, formerly of Kenhorst, passed away December 1 at his home. William "Bill" M. Snook Sr., 69, of Reading passed away in his home Nov. 29. He was the husband of the late June P. (Ray) Snook. Bill is survived by sons, Willaim "Bill" M. Snook Jr. and his wife, Amy of Fleetwood and Gregory A. Snook and his wife, Ramona of Mohnton; a daughter, MaryBeth Emerich of West Lawn; grandchildren with two on the way and great-grandchildren.
Craig D. Snyder, 60, of Wernersville, passed away Nov. 27 in his residence. He was the son of Clayton "Pete" Snyder and Dorothy (Nester) Delp. In addition to his parents, he is survived by sisters: Cheryl Snyder, companion of Tony Santoro, Wernersville; and Alicia Santiago, Shillington; a brother, Christopher Delp, Shillington; and several nieces and nephews.
Rose Torcivia, 90, formerly of Reading, passed away Nov. 30 in The Laurel Living Center, Hamburg. She was preceded in death by her husband Lewis J. Torcivia. Surviving are a son, Santo J. Torcivia of Cumru Township; a daughter, Regina M. Torcivia of Purciville, VA; and grandchildren: Andrea Dascalescu, Rachel Torcivia and Nora Torcivia.

Dorothy Evelyn (Ache) Winings, 89, passed away on December 3 at the Mifflin Center, Shillington. She was the wife of the late George Thomas Winings. She is survived by son, Ralph, husband of Patricia Meals of Muhlenberg Twp. ; daughter, Evelyn D. Fry, wife of William L., Exeter Twp.; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, George Thomas Winings.
Robert G. "Bobby" Witmoyer Jr., 51, of West Lawn, passed away Dec. 2. He was the husband of Angela M. (Kuhn) Witmoyer and a son of the late Robert G. Witmoyer Sr. and Ruth J. (Mittower) Witmoyer Miller of West Lawn. In addition to his wife and mother, Bobby is survived by, stepdaughter, Erica, wife of Daniel Fetter of Abbottstown; brother, Gary L. Witmoyer of Wyomissing; sisters: Diane L. Fisher of Kenhorst, Marsha A. Daubert of Shillington, Robin L. Brossman of Reading and Wendy E. Rowlands of West Lawn; stepbrother, Chester G. Jane G. Yocom, 95, formerly of Sinking Spring, passed away Dec. 1 in Berkshire Commons. Ms. Yocom is survived by her godson, Jack L. Kline, husband of Carol Sue Kline of Reiffton.
